I’ve decided to start videos here teaching us how to cook certain recipes. This is the first “episode” which will tell you how to make chicken katsu. This is “intermediate” because I’ll assume you already know a little bit about cooking and safety, but my recipes also require a little bit of thinking to make.     this is the 2nd time i have used this vid…i love katsu..i know how to make the katsu part but i forgot how to do the sauce. i didnt use as much katchup as you but it was great!.

    Just wondering, why do you use evaporated milk with egg instead of just pure egg? Just curious. (I use pure egg, but I might try just egg-white to get possibly a more tempura-style crust.)
