Paul trained for 5 years under a local apprenticeship and attended the Smithfield Colledge, London studying meat retailing which resulted in him being accredited with the converted ‘Master Butcher’ status. Serving customers in several high profile businesses has provided Paul with a significant and diverse knowledge around cooking meat of all varieties. His experiences in many years of Butchering and how to cook meats correctly makes Paul the ideal advisor to help his customers from all over the world cooking meat.
